About This Project
This prominent site has a history going back 15 years of different unbuilt scheme designs, including an unviable consent for 5 units.
After over a year of design and detailed negotiation with the transport and planning department a revised scheme has been submitted for a mixed new build and conversion of seven flats and houses.
