New house – Brighton

About This Project

We were approached by the owner of this semi-detached house in Brighton to design a new house in the garden on the site of an existing garage, as a small development.

The proposal includes a third bedroom in the attic in a contemporary but unobtrusive design matching the scale of the adjacent houses.

Construction was completed without any cost overruns and the house sold for the asking price.
