We successfully gained consent for this listed building nos. 36 & 37 to be converted from the Prompt Corner Restaurant into a flat and a maisonette together with improvements to the rest of the building. Large scale joinery details were then produced for the contractor as well as technical information on specialist items including a smoke suppression system and lime plaster application.
